Educational Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Graduation must be completed on or before 21 August 2026.
- The candidate must possess a valid Degree Certificate or Marksheet at the time of online registration.
- Candidates must correctly mention their Graduation percentage while filling the application form.
- Candidates having CGPA/OGPA must convert it into percentage according to the norms of their University.
- Knowledge of the local language of the State/UT applied for (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) is mandatory.
- Computer Literacy is compulsory. Candidates should possess Computer Certificate/Diploma/Degree OR should have studied Computer/Information Technology as one of the subjects in school/college.
- Ex-Servicemen without Graduation may also be eligible if they possess the prescribed Army Special Certificate after completing the required service as mentioned in the notification.
