Preferred: 2 years Full-Time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management, MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking)
Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales of Wealth Products with leading Public Sector Banks / Private Sector Banks / Foreign Banks / Broking / Securities Firms / Asset Management Companies / Wealth Management Companies in India.
Credit Analyst – C&IC Graduation in any discipline AND Chartered Accountant. Mandatory: Minimum 1 year banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

Preferred: Experience in Corporate Credit.

Probation & Service Bond

Probation: Selected candidates will be on probation for 12 months of active service from the date of joining.

Service Bond:

  • JMG/S-I: Minimum 3 years of service or payment equivalent to three months' Gross Salary, subject to a maximum of ₹2 lakh, if leaving before completion of three years of active service.
  • MMG/S-II: Minimum 3 years of service or payment equivalent to three months' Gross Salary, subject to a maximum of ₹3 lakh, if leaving before completion of three years of active service.

Wealth Executive

  • Business development and acquisition of new-to-bank customers.
  • Onboarding Affluent, HNI and UHNI customers.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Managing assigned customer portfolios.
  • Increasing product participation and Total Relationship Value.
  • Enhancing Assets Under Management and insurance penetration.
  • Promoting digital wealth platforms.
  • Maintaining mandatory certifications and licences.
  • Ensuring compliance with RBI regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintaining customer documentation including KYC, AML, informed consent and product suitability records.
  • Mutual Fund and SIP mobilization.
  • Life & Health Insurance business.
  • Wealth product penetration and digital wealth adoption.

Credit Analyst – C&IC

  • Credit appraisal of existing corporate customers.
  • Credit appraisal of new corporate customers.
  • Coordination with Relationship Managers.
  • Supporting Relationship Managers in canvassing new corporate customers.
  • Supporting cross-selling of ancillary business.
  • Maintaining corporate accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance in corporate accounts.
  • Handling audit and inspection and monitoring accounts.

Selection Process
