Vacancy & Overview
UPSC has invited online applications for 80 Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner posts in EPFO under the Ministry of Labour & Employment.
The post is a permanent Central Board Group-A, Non-Ministerial post. The headquarters is New Delhi; however, the post carries All India Service Liability.
The duties of APFC include statutory and administrative functions relating to enforcement, recovery, accounts, administration, cash, legal matters, pension, computer work, inquiries, claim settlement, cash-book maintenance, bank reconciliation and MIS returns.
Educational Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess the following educational qualification:
- Essential Qualification: Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
- Desirable Qualification: Diploma in Company Law, Labour Laws or Public Administration.
